I have never been alone

From the cradle till I’m grown

For you have always been there

Tying up my laces, untangling my hair

Pouring happiness in moments

Walking with me through pavements

Mother, you’ve supported me in all odds

In troubles, I call you first, then I recite God

You’ve truly kept the meaning of the word ‘Trust’

As u shielded me from every gust

You’ve prepared me for all bolts from the blue

To handle situations either fake or true

Thus, I’m ready to combat with all the frowns

Mother, I vow,  I’ll never let you down.
